Can Text But Not Call?

I recently had some phone trouble, and had to get a new SIM card because mine was inadvertently deactivated. Well, I've gone through three SIM cards now, and I can get and send texts but whenever I try to make a phone call, I get "your phone is not registered to a network, you can only make emergency calls."

I have restarted, reset network settings, removed and replaced the SIM card(s), turned airplane mode on and off, checked my software update status, all of that to no avail. And yes, I do have calling on my account, and plenty of minutes, so it should be working (and I can see my remaining amount of texts decrease appropriately).

It's a Galaxy A10e. Been working fine up to this point, still works fine for everything but calls.

Does anyone have any idea how/why this is happening and how to fix it? I've gone several rounds with tech support at my carrier and they don't know either. Suggestions or advice, anyone? Thanks!

Hey @Nicky111

It's a little strange for your phone to behave this way. Has this been going on for a while? Was it caused by a software update, or was it completely random? As you've done quite a few troubleshooting steps, the best thing I can advise is for you to send in an error report, to see if there is a bug in the software causing the issue, or whether it's a hardware fault. Please send the error report within 10 minutes of experiencing the issue by heading into Samsung Members > Support/Get help > Send feedback > Error reports. When doing so, include any screenshots that may be useful, alongside attaching the error log and a detailed entry of the issue.
