@HaseenA35: Have you installed any apps on your phone that allow you to access you college/university systems remotely e.g. to view timetables or access learning materials? If so then the IT department may have introduced security measures which are currently preventing you from using certain third party features (in this instance, WhatsApp calls).
If the above is applicable, please contact the IT department at your college/university for further information.
