Unable to make calls

I've facing from today morning please help.

I've tried restarting my phn It was back to normal for few hours then same issues repeating. Unable to make calls while on WhatsApp call.

When I'm on VC in whatsapp which is dual app im unable to make regular voice calls.

Good to know, you can add multiple accounts in a single app.
