Volume with calls problem

IS THIS A PROBLEM?

So whenever i use sim calls (calls via phone app) its loud but when i call from any other app(whatsapp) its really quiet.

Your phone has multiple volume levels for different types of sounds. Phone calls and whatsapp will be using a different level. Meaning you can just increase the volume with the buttons on the side when your whatsapp call isn't loud enough

Yes but it shows it full vol when i try changing it

Is there any chance your phone calls are on speaker while whatsapp is on normal call mode? As in, calls on speakerphone, WhatsApp on little speaker at the top.

Would be an easy fix if that's what's going on
