The keyboard doesn't work when I am on a call and have to press a number for a menu selection

@NzP: With the Phone app in full screen view, while on a call, please look for a 'Keypad' option (positioned to the right of the 'Mute' option) and this should bring up the Keyboard. 

If this isn't working for you, then please try restarting your device to resolve any software issues which might be affecting the performance of the device, then try again.

Thanks for the response. I can open the keyboard up, but if asked to select an option, eg press 1 for ? , nothing happens, the message keeps asking me to select an option. I have re started the phone several times to no avail.

@NzP: If you head to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call alerts and ringtone > Play sound for keypad taps > On, does this help at all?

Thanks for your time. I have turned keypad taps on and off and tried calling our doctors (the number I need the keypad for), and it seems to work. Will try again when I need to. Fingers crossed and thanks again.
