Black dot on screen

I just received my new galaxy a53 but there is a rather annoying black dot at the top of the screen. Wondering if anyone has same thing and if so, how did people solve this? Thanks in advance

Hello. By any chance are you referring to the cutout for the camera? If it is a black dot in the center at the top then it is the camera cutout.😀

Can you take a photo of the dot your seeing and post a picture in your thread so we can see what's going on  ?

It is possibly the camera and where it is placed on the phone but, take a photo of it, so we know how to help you.
