Hi, the screen on my Samsung galaxy A72 freezes after about 20 minutes after starting up. Have tried restarting, turning off, I've even changed the screen for a new one but still the problem persists. Someone help.

Who replaced the screen may I ask ?
Hopefully an authorised Samsung Service Centre or your warranty will be voided.

Software problem
Samsung has to fix this with a patch
