System UI not responding error when making calls

My new A56 keeps freezing with a black screen when making a call. The phone then reboots.
When I do manage to make a call I don't have the option to put it in speaker mode or to hang up.
I have cleared the System UI cache and have reinstalled both Sim cards with no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas for a solution?

Can you also try Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ 

If this does not help then you may need to consider a factory reset however do not use any back up to set the phone back up i.e set the phone up manually. 

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.
