A56 runs Android 15 and BT isn' stable. It forgets paired devices and the microphone doesn't connect when I have my Oticon hearings BT 'd. I have to turn BT on and off to get microphone working.
All works perfectly on A52 & A53

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

How very odd! Did you happen to use smart switch to move over your data?

Go to settings- General management- Reset- Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings. Notr youll have to resetup Bluetooth and network devices.

Perform a cache partition clear
Plug into a pc/laptop.
turn off the device, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons, release when the Android logo appears, and then navigate to "Wipe cache partition" using the Volume buttons and select it with the Power button

In addition to this make sure all apps are fully up to date on both store (Galaxy) and google store

Hi @hirot  Hopefully the Troubleshooting suggested sorts it out.  However if still issues   Other ideas are  unpairing and pairing again, a  soft Reset by holding down the volume Down and Power Buttons simultaneously for around 10 seconds until the Device Reboots.  Whilst not ideal sometimes a Factory Reset proves necessary as a last Resort, ensure you back up before contemplating the step.

You can also send an Error Report via Samsung Members, Support-Send Feedback-Bluetooth.   Provide details of the issue and ensure that the system logs are attached.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

James, sadly no difference. A56 Cache Partion Reset not usual Samsung way. Google eventualy showed me how. Clearing the cache had no effect. I have already re-installed my Oticon app.
Test-Wife calls me and I answer, but she can't hear me. I hear her through my hearing *****. So in the telephone screen there is a green on/off button for BT. I press for off then on and hey presto microphone works. Same when I call her I do BT on an off and all OK. Same thing if I Andoid Auto in car (no hearing *****) speaker but no microphone. Pixel phones users have the same issue. Phone 2 weeks old so don't want to do factory reset.

Forgot to day I have paired and repaired as BT drops all paired devices. Tad irritating.

The same problem for me. Bluetooth. Sometimes the person hears only strange sounds instead of my voice. Restarting helps.

And so....Android got system update on Monday and now when I answer a phone call the caller hears me but I can't hear the which is the reverse of what was happening before. At least they don't hang up on me now. Plus it forgot all my paired devices.
So it is not just 1 device it has problems with it is anything that uses BT.
