A56 runs Android 15 and BT isn' stable. It forgets paired devices and the microphone doesn't connect when I have my Oticon hearings BT 'd. I have to turn BT on and off to get microphone working.
All works perfectly on A52 & A53

Hello, did you find  fix already? I recently started to use A56 and having a very similar problem with my Widex hearing device, the connection very frequently drops and I have to restart my Widex device to reconnect, very annoying. Never had such problems in previous A21. Thanks!

Sorry, no fix. My A52 was excellent. This one is a pain as when I get a phone call I never know if they can hear me or viceverca. Phone looses all paired devices at random. So it is unlikley to be the devices, in my case 2 BMWs, a robot mower and hearing aids. All of which still work perfectly well with my wifes A52. Samsung have not even replied after 4 months.

I don't know if you're on the same software version, but ever since the 22 July 2025 the BT has been unstable on my A56 5G. Sometimes connects, sometimes doesn't or it even sometimes connects to a BT headset that is boxed and switched off meaning there's no volume from anything. Before the update the BT worked first time, every time, is now a complete lottery of what you'll get.

I am also having similar problems. Both speakers and microphone connections disconnecting during calls. There is a clear click when this happens. Seems like BT dropping out.

I am not sure how the Companion app is handling the data. Seems like the hearing aid microphones are picking up the speech and transmitting it via BT. Maybe the mobile is too close to the hearing *****?

Hello, I am experiencing the same problem of losing all my paired Bluetooth devices... Have you found a solution since then?

9 months since I reported the problem....and nothing.
I don't know if the BT software has a conections count, but mine seems to loose all paired devices at the weekend (usually). Its then ok, although I still have unbluetooth and re bluetooth when I make a call as the microphone doesn't work. As the man says its a lottery as to what happens.

I also just updated my phone to Android 16. It hadn't lost Bluetooth connections for a month, and right after the update, it lost them again.
For me, it's very random, and Samsung support told me that the only solution is to reset the phone...
That's a big step for such a small problem.
