My phone starts fine and then operates normally, but after a few minutes use the screen becomes unresponsive to touch/swipe etc. Only solution is to keep forcing a restart so I can use for a short while.
I've tried starting in Safe mode and the have the same issue.
The screen must be ok as it works for a while, but why does it suddenly become unresponsive?
Any help appreciated

Samsung has started pushing a stable Android 13 build for the Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy A71, Galaxy F62, Galaxy Note 10 Lite, and Galaxy Tab S7 family. The update is available in some parts of Europe. It will reach more regions soon.

this is very sad. there is no android 13 on a72, but why?

yeah no sh*t. maybe the real problem is the model itself after all not the Android system, I heard that even in canada my mom told me nobody likes a72 bcoz of this problem. maybe it is a failure model. so sad that we wasted money on this garbage

I had this problem with my S20FE a year Ago but at least samsung that problem got solved samsung doesn't care anymore about the A72

It's not only a A72 problem other models have it to but it looks like this is a problem only in the Asian markets
I think i'm going to sell the phone cause it doesn't look like there's a fix coming
It's been 4 or 5 months already still no fix

right. as for me even if I want to sell it I can't. bcoz of the problem. they will just call me a scammer if I do so. it is really sad. what a waste of money.

Samsung is pathetic for not addressing this problem
I'm beginning to think this isn't just a software problem cause if it is it would be a easy fix

it's definitely not a software problem, maybe they made it that way so we are forced to buy a new one. If i am going to show this to a technician I am wondering if they can fix it or it will be another waste of money for me.
