A71 lack of updates

Im getting real sick of the lack of updates i haven't had a single phone update since November, tbis getting stupid, what happened to the years of update support? I've seen a51s get android 11, wheres the a71s update

Which software update and Security Patch are you currently on @williamg209 

May I assume you tried both the update section in your phone's settings and Samsung Smartswitch.

There are ways of updating too that are explained in Sammobile and xdadevelopers.com

Samsung have skipped the One UI 3 update on the A71 and are pushing out the One UI 3.1 Update for it directly from One UI 2.5. You will get it by next month as some countries have already started receiving the update.

the update page for my phone says the last update was November there has literally been no update since November

ah ok weirdly samsung seems to work backwards with updates, across the world and the uk and usa are the last to get them
