A51 issues

Hi 

I have a Samsung A51 which stopped working. Booked it in with Samsung as its under warranty. They are saying the phone is bent and sent me a bill of £160 has anyone else had issues where the phone won't turn on?

do you have a photo of the whole phone before sending it to centre?

this may prove that your phone wasn't bent

We're you aware that your phone was bent @kamleshp ?

There are various ways of trying to reboot a phone however if their is hardware damage inside or the software has failed then the best course of action is a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

I checked it before I sent it and it was fine. I am waiting for dpd to supply me pictures also
