Issues After One UI 7.0 Update

Dear all, 

yesterday (July 13) I received a One UI 7.0  update on my Samsung Galaxy A15. 

Since then, my online banking logon doesn't work any more as I use my A15 to log on to https://banking.postbank.de/#/login. Apparently, the two factor identification throught BestSign still works, but after entering my BestSign password, the access to my Postban account fails.  

It seems that the issue is due to the On UI 7.0 update. Very annoying!!

Any idea what to do?

Have you tried reaching out to your banks support team regarding this?

I've never had problems with connecting after updates.....I always use fingerprint recognition anyway......and no I've never had problems with my banks support team on any issues as long as I prove who I am........only a suggestion sorry....

Yes, I did. 

They recommended to shut down my Phone, keep it off for a couple of minutes, and then to start the phone again. 

After the first re-boot, my online banking logon just worked for one single time ... any futher logon attempt failed, even though I restarted my Galaxy A15 several times. 

The Postbank technical support team couldn't suggest any other solutuion. 

That is, after several hours of google search and phone calls I have no clue how to resurrect the online banking feature of my A15. 

Thanks a lot to Samsung and it's ingenious software update!

Id suggest sending an error report to samsung where they can diagnose the issue on your A15. You can find it on by sending feedback via the members app
