Network speed is so slow, I can barely load web/social media pages. Then Zoom meetings? I frequently lose connections, can barely hear people on the other end, I am barely heard when I'm speaking. This wasn't happening before; it started when I updated to One UI 7. I honestly regret the update for this singular reason. What's the use of the phone if I can't get good internet services?

Network as in SIM mobile data/ wifi?

To me this is normally the provider over the device itself. Have you contacted your provider

SIM mobile data. I have already contacted my network provider and they reviewed and assured me that my network is in best working conditions. Other users with the same SIM are experiencing no issues.
