If you're seeing a blocked network signal icon (often an "X" or a circle with a line through it) on your Samsung phone, it usually means your device is unable to connect to your mobile network. This could be due to a number of factors, including issues with your SIM card, network settings, or even a temporary network outage. Try restarting your phone, checking your SIM card, and ensuring Airplane Mode is off. If the problem persists, consider resetting your network settings or contacting your mobile carrier.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

It looks like your device may have been blocked either by your network, Samsung or an insurance company.

So things to check:

1. Are you up to date with paying your network contract?
2. If on PAYG have you topped up in the last 3 or 6 months (network depending)
3. Have you (or anyone else) offered up your device as a trade in but not sent it back?
4. It is possible that am insurance company may have received a claim from a customer and entered the incorrect IMEI. You'll need to call Samsung Customer Services to check this.

Just a few things it could be.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
