A03 changing sim

I'm having to change the sim (will be keeping the same number) and am really worried that in doing so I will lose information. Can anyone let me know if that will happen? If so how can I prevent that? I'm really stressed about changing and this worry isn't helping! TIA

@Kissie: This will only be an issue if you have your contacts saved to your previous SIM card. If this is the case, please insert your old SIM into your Galaxy A03, then head to the Contacts app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Manage contacts > Move contacts > From > SIM > To > Phone (or select your Google or Samsung account).

@Kissie: You don't need to worry about your personal data being affected when you change your SIM card, other than your contacts. If you would like some peace of mind, then please head to Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud > Back up data > Select all > Back up. Now, tap the Back button > Google Drive > Back up data, and follow the on screen prompts. I'd always recommend that you regularly back up your device, so you know that your data is secure.
