Help - A54 5G - where do I set my sounds for each app, I can't find that anywhere

Where are the settings for each app to make a special sound, I can't find that setting anywhere.

There is  NO General settings on my phone anywhere under apps. I added a new app today and that one doesn't have the setting either. I did use the switch app to set up my new phone, and I am not sure where this clear data setting is located.

I am getting the sounds I set before on my old phone on those apps, but i want to set different sounds on some of the apps that are using the default sounds.

To clear data you need to go into settings > Apps. Again choose the app you want. Then go to storage > clear data at the bottom. Easier way hold down on the app icon until a little box shows up, click the I in the circle at the top to bring up app information. You will also get to the storage from there. Not all apps will have general settings. Just remember when data is cleared, you will need to set up the app again, sign in etc.

There is no way to set a special tone, not one of the apps has that general setting, something is wrong with these settings even after I clear the data. Need a problem ticket opened

@gnet: If you're referring to custom notification sounds, then these can be set by swiping up from your Home screen and tapping on Settings > Apps > Select an app > Notifications > Allow sound and vibration > On > Notification categories > Select a category > Sound > Choose from the available options. 

Some apps will have different notification categories, so please make sure to check each one, and assign the sound accordingly.

So i needed to wipe all the info from my phone using the general management : reset: reset all settings:resset network settings. After using the switch app it won't allow any of these sound settings to be selected. After doing the reset I also had to go into safe mode, which is a bit different now. Bring up the power settings, press on the power off for a few seconds and it will change to restart in safe mode. This was what resolved my issue. You have to leave your phone in safe mode for a while, like 10-15 minutes. Restart and Noitication Cat now allows for setting various tones. This was so painful. The support team doesnt know that safemode process and were giving me bad insturctions.
