Hi folks,
obviously facing same issue like others:
my A52S 5G was auto-updated to UI6.1 / Android 14, see Screenshot. All was fine before update.
None of the proposed solution I found in the forum worked:
- issue is with the phone, as SIM card is fine in another phone, and other SIM cards do not work either.
- no improvement after reset of network settings, conncectivity settings
- no improvement after "wipe cache"
- no improvement after changing SIM, re-starting withorut SIM etc
The only thing I did not do so far is the factory reset, because I really want to avoid collecting and saving all the data and re-installing and re-setting up all those apps - specifically those complex banking apps, 2-factor authentication etc.
Any other suggestion other than factory reset?
I must say I am very annoyed by this SAMSUNG mal-performance.

I agree that a factory reset is a very last resort however you do appear to have exhausted most of the at home remedies you can try.
I would suggest to send this as feedback via your Samsung Members App too so that Samsung can analyse this.
It is a conundrum as some have been affected after the software update and sone haven't 🤔
My phone's fkr example haven't been negativity impacted.
There is always the option to let a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store have hands on.

SafeMode didn´t work either.
Called Samsung Support and went through the options .... next step is factory reset 😡
The step after this would be sending in the phone to a repair center.
So, prepping for saving all the apps & accounts & data.

So, after some calls with (quite helpful) Samsung support on 31.12.2024 (!), the phone seems to up for a repair.
And since the prize for this is pretty unclear, I decided to to here and buy a refurbed phone.
End of story.
