can't answer incoming calls

Hi All, sorry if this has been on here before. I'm unable to answer incoming calls!

Has anyone else got this issue?

Or a solution please?

try restarting your phone or turning on and off again.

I have raised a ticket for this issue. restarting the phone resolves it. we will hopefully have a solution to this with the next update.

you may also find the volume is lower as well, even on incoming call ringer.. again, restart resolves this.

what about clearing cache and data on the phone app? just a thought.

make sure you sync your phone data first as usual

I've gone into settings and set one of the side keys to answer the call. Seems a temporary fix as still unable to answer calls from the screen

I don't think I've had this issue. What do you mean by unable to answer? 
Are the green/red accept/decline on-screen buttons not visible?

they are visible but when you answer you can't hear anything, you then have to restart the phone, also happened a few times where can't answer at all

Ah, well in that case, I may have had the issue where nothing can be heard when answering. It's only happened when I've had galaxy buds connected though, so I just assumed it was a bluetooth issue. Will try to answer without bluetooth earphones next time I get a call.
