can't answer incoming calls

Hi All, sorry if this has been on here before. I'm unable to answer incoming calls!

Has anyone else got this issue?

Or a solution please?

Have just received my Samsung A34 5G. I can not answer any calls. When I press the green answer button nothing happens, same for trying to end the call by using the red button.Appears I can ring out. Really frustrating, have tried rebooting etc., but nothing happens. Any further advice?

OK think i have the answer after hours of searching, changing this and that.....

Settings    Accessibility   Interaction and Dexterity      Assistant menu    Replace swipe with single tap.

Big issue with A71 device.Incoming calls cannot be answered most of the time the phone needs to be switched off and restart.
