you may also find the volume is lower as well, even on incoming call ringer.. again, restart resolves this.

Are the green/red accept/decline on-screen buttons not visible?

Ah, well in that case, I may have had the issue where nothing can be heard when answering. It's only happened when I've had galaxy buds connected though, so I just assumed it was a bluetooth issue. Will try to answer without bluetooth earphones next time I get a call.
