Samsung Ultra Wide monitor S34J55xWQ picture menu greyed out

I have a Samsung Ultra Wide monitor S34J55xWQ but when I open the menu then go to Picture, most of the options are  greyed out including the contrast, sharpness, colour, Samsung magic upscale, Samsung magic Bright, etc.

Could you please assist me on this matter?
