Hi there,

First time posting. Yesterday I got a new monitor - Samsung Odyssey G5 LS32DG502EUXXU to be precise. And the reason for that is that my previous monitor stopped working, all of a sudden it said "no signal." New one came and it still says "no signal." I looked into the new monitor settings and most of the menu is greyed out. The top part is also greyed out (black equaliser, response time etc) This is not my photo but it's pretty much the same issue, and I have no idea how to put it right. Picture mode is on Eco which is also greyed out. I have 3 HMDI cables, none of them work so I figure it could be my xbox? Anyone help???help2.jpg

@Lucy1994: It may be worth checking the Display options in your Xbox settings. There is a test option which will let you know what is supported, and what isn't (via ticks and crosses next to each feature) so take a look at that, and adjust your settings accordingly. You may also wish to try connecting to an alternate HDMI port to see if this helps.

I can understand your confusion with this one, @Lucy1994. It's a very strange issue. I'd recommend giving our Monitor team a call when they open tomorrow, as they'll be able to run through some further troubleshooting with you.

You can contact them on 0333 000 0333, and their lines are open 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm Sat-Sun.

Hi there,

I ended up getting a new Xbox and it is now all working. It was the Xbox that was the problem all this time.

Thanks for all your help.
