Samsung Monitor settings are Greyed Out (Model: U28R550UQN)

Eye Saver Mode, Game Mode, Samsung Magic Bright, etc. Settings Are Greyed Out. I just bought this today, and I have seen others are having similar issues.

I've got the same on a S70 32" monitor, bought in the UK last month; no settings seem to enable

Turn off HDR settings in Windows the monitor settings work
