I got the straight line constantly showing on my monitor that I spend over 700$ on it, still under warranty.
For this four month, I keep contacting the CS but I NEVER GET BACK any solution!! Every time they said they will have higher manager help to solve my problem, and asking me to wait in my e-mail.
For 4 month already! No solutions! Worst CS experience ever.

No, disagree, Samsung support is garbage and they make decisions on inspections that are simply not true - inspection that never took place. Shockingly bad
