Samsung book 4 device care service wont turn on and isn't letting me use Samsung device care

I've clicked ok and restarted my laptop a lot of times but it still wont turn on or work. I have the latest windows updates and this started happening after a Samsung bios update. Any fix?

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

Make sure app is up to date- go to galaxy book experience app.

It may be worth uninstalling and reinstalling.
If you can't find where it's installed, go to Task Manager, search for the app, right-click, and click "Find in files," then go to it and delete it.

There should be an app called Galaxy Book Experience; reinstall that app.

Still doesn't work and comes up with the same 'to turn on samsung device care, samsung device care needs to restart' after restating it still won't work

Click the power off icon- click power off instead of restart. Then turn back on?

Otherwise I would suggest contacting samsung support directly
