Galaxy Book 4 edge battery not recognized

So apparently this is a repeated issue, so we are opening this AGAIN, in September 2025.

Our laptop is now a portable desktop. X for battery, no recognition of the battery, nothing. Laptop will not draw power unless it is on, and will not charge. It always attempts to start an "automatic repair," but fails to connect despite being connected to our home network, and then it says it will wait 30 minutes to try again.

We need our laptop for school. This is unacceptable. If we have to go to uBreak, we will expect a 100% refund of the cost to fix it from Samsung, as this is not happening to Windows 11 devices in totality, it's only Samsung. Come hell or high water, we will get that money back if we have to go repair this ***** laptop from an update YOU pushed.

For ease of diagnostics, we have decided to run and print the ENTIRE HWiNFO report here, so you guys can figure it out. Here's a clue: BIOS doesn't register a smart battery function.

Fix it. This is ridiculous.
