Hi,
I bought my Galaxy Book 4 Ultra in South Korea last year, and I live in the UK at the moment.
I have a problem with the USB C ports (both of them!), which doesn't seem to be a software or driver problem.
So I'd like to get a repair service in the UK, but the booking system told me I couldn't get it because the laptop wasn't bought in the UK.
Is it really true that there's no chance of getting help from a Samsung service centre for the Samsung laptop I bought in another country?

Thank you very much for your quick response. Yes, I agree that it does not look promising... this is so frustrating, but I will have to find another way.

Thank you for your information! However, it seems that my warranty ended last month... I can (and really want to!) pay for a repair, but you mean that I am not able to get a repair service from Samsung UK if the warranty is not valid?

Thansk. I will follow your instruction.
After all, it turned out that there was only one way to fix my laptop - call Samsung Support.
Separately, the problem was solved by updating BIOS.
There was a BIOS update notification two days ago, so I updated BIOS and the USB ports worked again.
So, it was not a hardware issue, but a software issue.
I hope this helps people who have a similar problem in the future.
