This might be a Windows issue, update problem, or perhaps a storage issue.
I suggest contacting Samsung and getting the software sorted.
Or try booting into the Windows troubleshooting page—it's a blue screen—go to Advanced options, and try restoring from an old backup or Windows restore point.
