Hi all,
I've got the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro (not the 360 version - whenever I search online or on Youtube etc all I ever get is information about the Book2 Pro 360) and when I bought it the guy in the store said there is a way to add another NVMe SSD drive, but I can't find any internal images or videos online of this procedure to know if it's true.
The laptop I've got has the default 512GB SSD and whilst this is enough, I would like to add another in another slot if it is doable, because then I can transfer everything across from my old laptop without worrying about running out of space. Also if there is indeed another NVMe port, what type of NVMe drive would I need to buy and is it easy to open the bottom of the laptop? It's not like the old days where there used to be a compartment to unscrew, it looks like the whole underside of the laptop would need to be removed.
Any advice would be great 👍🏻

@alex_ncfc: If you have the Galaxy Book2 Pro (15.6inch, i7, 16GB) model, then this features 2 SSD slots, with the first being occupied by the 512GB NVMe SSD. For further information, please refer to 'Specs' section of the product page via the link below.

@alex_ncfc: No problem. Having looked into this further for you, I was surprised not to find any guides in the user manual surrounding the installation of a second SSD, and which ones are supported. I have gone ahead and passed this on to our Product Support Specialists, and will update you as soon I hear back from them.

Hi Andrew,
Hope you're well. Did you ever find out anything from Product Support about the method for installing the second SSD?
Many thanks

Any updates on this from Samsung please? @AndrewL ?
I can't believe a company the size of Samsung does not provide documentation on how and what type of SSD is needed to upgrade the laptop's storage.

Still nothing...
So no one at Samsung on here knows the answer to my question.
And your sales reps in your Samsung stores don't have a clue about the answer to my question either.
Useless. Remind me not to get a Samsung laptop again.

I know this is an old thread but in case someone else has this question I'll give an answer. Yes there are 2 slots at least if you have the 15.6". A 2280 slot that your OS is installed on and an open 2230 slot. I upgraded mine to a 2TB Samsung 990 and a 1 TB Samsung 2230 SSD I got off Amazon. Only the 2280 slot is Gen 4 though so only get a Gen 3 SSD for the 2230 slot or you're wasting money. Unless you find a good deal anyways. Hope this helps.
