Hdmi input setting for sound bar

Hi all , on your TV for those that have a sound bar connected via HDMI arc , what do you set your hdmi input setting to ??? Pcm or bitstream ???

Ignore the post saying it's set to bitstream !!! Couldn't delete or edit the post !! The digital output is now set to Dolby digital

The input & output are both adjustable. 👍

The digital output is also for the hdmi device ? Not the optical ?
