Hello I got a new q930c soundbar, it's deffo powerful

And set up seems easy but I have a few questions.

Now wha is the  audio feedback on the smart things app, also any recommendations on wha setting to turn on or up.

But I can't get  it to update from 1002 firmware.

Is this a common problem and I have to go usb route.

Also few problems but again firmware update could fix it.

I have a arc tv, but my xbox is connect to sound bar, which then goes out to the arc on hisense hdmi 2.0,

So I watch TV apps on virgin stream box, and that's fine as all apps use dolby digital plus for atmos, which showed up on Netflix, plays, but sounds all choppy, and you see atmos source pop on and off like losses connection slight milli second.

I used other apps that use dolby 5.1 and seems fine. (netlifx only app I got premium with atmos) so I figure can't be cable or maybe, as other apps are fine.

Now I thought lets try xbox, tv doesn't have e arc, but as sound bar directly to xbox series x, figure it be fine, it shows up 7.1,but when I go to dolby app for atmos just get error, I select pass though on xbox settings and also tv is set to pass though sound.

Now I am hoping these are old problems as my firmware is outdated,

So any thoughts, also wha did people buy for  rear speakers stand, I got a nail holding it up, but easy knock into falls off, as I find out 3kg fell on my arm

Amazon UK please.

FYI I am uk

I also have the Samsung Q930C Sound Bar, the problem I have been trying to solve is the audio cuts out, I did a time study to determine how often the audio does cut out and it seems to occur every 16 minutes.   I did make sure that the sound bar is using the correct version of firmware, which it is "1010", but I am still having issues.  My TV is also a Samsung Q75 but that does not seem to matter.  After reading your post, I turned off Atmos on the TV and that seemed to have solved the issue.  The problem though is I cannot hear the Atmos effect firing from the sound bar system.

I like Samsung but if I invest into any more electronics, they will not be Samsung due to this unresolvable issue.  I have called Samsung Support multiple times, we went through the standard "shutdown and reboot" and "reset back to factory spec's" but they are at a loss.  They want to send a service tech to take a look at it but there is no assurance they will be able to fix it.

I hope it works out for you.
