Add Max Volume Limit Lock on Smart Things App

I chatted with support and they confirmed there still isn't an option. I have the Q990D and google converts volume of 5 to 50. Essentially all levels of 1-10 times 10.

This will blow anybody's ears in seconds at this high volume. We listen to it between 8 and 15 usually on the Q990D. Also, our child can talk to it and also push buttons like every other child and accidentally raise it up at any time.

Definitely need to have a "volume limit lock" option in the Samsung Smart things app for safety and peace of mind I agree. Only the smart things app user would have the option to set what the max volume can be turned up to in this case when this setting is enabled for their specific surround device. This can easily be done with an update to the smart things app.

I could see this turning into a lawsuit with children if Samsung doesn't address this glaring issue.

SAMSUNG please add this ASAP.

I also had to realize that Samsung does not offer volume limitation (I use the Samsung Music Frame LS60D), which is a big problem especially in connection with voice control. Volume >20% is already deafening, and if 100% is accidentally set here, it probably borders on physical injury. Samsung, please act quickly, this is a standard setting!
