Worst return policy ever

Purchased a soundbar for my Samsung TV I just bought. Ordered it online from Samsung Canada. Buyer beware! If the sound quality is not as good as the Tv speakers and you want to return the product after you have opened and tested it they will not allow you to return the product. How draconian. Who in this day and age does not allow returns?

Next time get it from somewhere like Amazon and you'll have no trouble returning it.
