Hade a problem with BBC iPlayer APP so I reset my device. Now when I select Apps from Home screen, the apps page loads momentarily then reverts to TV

What's the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung or alternatively, Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
