TV not connecting wirelessly

Model number UE26EH4500

 

Have always connected through wifi and barring a few times it's always worked fine.  Today nothing. Internet is working fine. I've had to borrow the Ethernet cable from the Xbox to be able connect through a wired connection - so I know there's nothing wrong with my internet. 

 

I've restarted the router a few times and nothing. When I go to network settings, my connection isn't showing (other than "virgin media"  and my neighbours virgin connection).

 

 Using the Ethernet cable isn't really long a term solution so would like to resolve.

Hi @Lizziekins.

 

Could you tell us the software version of your TV? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung. Also, let's try a soft reset od the TV. Go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.
