Watch4 Classic How do I get back to exercise tracking screen

After I begin a  long run or walk I listen to the watch notify me along the way of my time, heart rate, etc. and it displays that information on the watch face. Sometimes I accidentally brush the watch face and it moves off the watch tracking screen and I have not figured out how to get back to the tracking screen. Can someone tell me the steps to get back? The watch continues to sound off the times and heart rates, but the screen has changed.

At the bottom of the watch face is a little green exercise icon . Touch that and it should take you to that page.
