I can't say for sure, but I'd say they're the same, as they do the same thing...
saying this, there are so many things that can cause a watch to get warm, so wouldn't get 'too' hung up on the antenna.

I guess you could buy it and if it doesn't suit your needs and Samsung can't sort it, you can always return/swap!

i want to know too. my watch 4 lte has been useless to me and i got stuck on contract with it. i live in an area where phone only gets 2 or 3 bars for LTE so the watch easily overheats in 1 minute on lte.
