I have been having issues synching my 5 ultra watch to my s24 I have reset it I have been talking to att and they have reset it a bunch of time (basically everything I did before a I called them) and they can't get it connected. Now they want to switch me to a 7 but not the ultra. It's a smaller watch which I don't think it's compatible with the watch I have now. Give me another 5 ultra if that's the case. But anyway that's besides the point, I tried everything and get no where.
