I'm posting again to raise awareness for anyone thinking of upgrading to the Watch 7 (or in my case downgrading)
I recently traded my Watch 5 Pro for the Watch 7 and have noticed after 2 weeks of workouts I am losing around 25-50% of the heart rate monitoring each time. The drop outs are so regular I unfortunately can't get good workout data now. My calories burned each workout has dropped significantly due to the heart rate not being recorded . Check out the picture I've circled the times it dropped out overall 30 minute circuit training session.

It mentions the wrist strap may not be on firm enough. The issue is my strap is the the same strap as my Watch 5 Pro , same work outs never had this problem, see screenshot from a recent session on my Watch 5 Pro, no loss of heart rate data

It only seems to be able to measure heart rate accurately at rest.
I thought the Galaxy Watch 7 was supposed to have a more accurate sensor than previous models.

I traded in my watch 5 for the 7 recently. Just tracked my first workout and I agree that the watch 7 is inferior to the 5. The 7 kept losing my heart rate all along a 6 mile hike, for several miles of the hike I have no heart rate data. This never happened with the 5.
