Galaxy watch 7 green lights don't stop flickering

Hello,

I've been using the Galaxy Watch 7 for about a month, and I've noticed an issue that has occurred a few times. The three green lights on the back of the watch keep flickering, even when it's not on my wrist. This continues for a very long time, and the only way to stop it is by restarting the watch. My heart rate measurement is set to every 10 minutes, and I wasn't doing any workouts at the time. Even when I put the watch on the charger, or when I set battery saving mode on,  the lights wouldn't stop flickering.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!

If you scroll down further in the reddit link. Someone mentions it is a bug caused by a certain watch face. It resolved when the poster changed it. May not be whats causing your issue, thought i would share just incase.

Thanks for the reply, I doubt that this is the reason since I am using a simple builtin face which I think is very commonly used.

Same issue in pixel watch.

I believe it is to do with one of the sensors on the back of the device.

There are threads about this in this forum, worth a search.

I had the same problem. The flashing green lights on the back of the watch were constantly on, and sometimes red. I set all the health settings to "manual only," but it didn’t change anything. Then I turned the watch off and on again, and the changes were applied.
