Hey @Tyla
It's a little odd that the light on the charging case is constantly on red. Have you tried resetting the Buds to see if this makes a difference at all? If not, you can do this by heading into the Galaxy Wearable app > Ensure the Buds are connected and the case is open > Earbud settings > Reset > Tap on Reset again. Once you've reset them, you'll need to pair your phone with the Buds again, but you can easily do this by keeping the app open on your phone > Start > Select the Buds when they appear on the screen.
If the issue still persists, your charging case may need an inspection, and you can arrange it via the following link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

Just picked up new buds pro 3 - however when the buds are at 76% i put back into case - the light indicates erroneously RED.
I have updated the software and also reset twice. Brand new so buds connection the case is clean.
Why is it always RED ?

Hi, @pete991. It's possible I've misunderstood what's happening here. However, a red charging light on the Buds3 Pro indicates that the earbuds are currently charging. As your Buds were sitting with a battery level of 76%, the charging light would be red until the level reaches 100% (if it's charging at the time).
Otherwise, the following status applies:
I hope this reassures you.

The manual says this:
The charging case’s battery power is low (between 10% and 29%), and the earbuds are charging.
This is quite confusing, as one would think their case is between 10% and 29% when it's 80% (in my case). instead, the manual should say ''or'' not ''and''.
Also in your explanation yuo make a distinction in Red Light and Solid Red, what's the difference? When I put my buds in the case it stays red for 5 seconds even though the case is at 80%.

Try to smack it to your knees or wooden surface like old times! For many people worked! No explanation just worked...🤷🏻
