How do I fix this?

I'm getting this on my phone when I check watch backup:
It's been more than 14 days since your watch backup has been saved to Samsung Cloud. Your watch backup stored on your phone can be saved to Samsung Cloud once a day between 1 AM and 5 AM when your phone connected to Wi-Fi, the battery is at least 30% while charging, and the screen is off. There is no way to save your watch data to Samsung Cloud manually.

The watch and phone are both backing up OK, but for some reason the watch backup isn't being copied to Samsung cloud.

Any suggestions?

Hi there, have you tried open the Wearable app and head to Watch settings > Accounts and backup, then choose from Samsung Cloud or Smart Switch as your backup option

As I said in my post, both watch and phone are backing up and, in any case, there is no option to select Smart Switch.
