Muddy Sound on Music Platforms when on call

I don't know if this is just me but when I connect to a call no matter what device with my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, the sound quality deteriorates a lot while I'm on a call. is there any fix to this? Galaxy Buds3 Pro
