Galaxy Watch7 not showing detailed sleep data (refresh spinning endlessly)

Hi everyone,

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Watch7 40mm Bluetooth, paired with my new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I set it up from a backup of my previous Samsung Galaxy Watch5 44mm, which worked perfectly fine.

Since the update, my watch only shows total sleep time, but all other sleep details (stages, insights, etc.) just keep trying to refresh endlessly without ever loading. And no sleep information is transmitted to my phone through Samsung Health.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far, with no success:

• Restarting both the watch and phone

• Reconnecting Bluetooth

• Wiping the cache after updating

• Ensuring all apps and software are fully updated

• Checking and enabling all sensor sync options in Samsung Health and Samsung Wearable apps

Has anyone experienced this issue, and does anyone have a fix? Thanks in advance!

You could try removing your older watch from your Samsung accounts if it's still showing on your devices.

Worth checking your watch battery settings, the last update switches off such things 😮 bonkers

Mines same, no sleep data,battery last 10 hours,blood pressure app constantly says watch detached..I'm now back to my 3 year old samsung frontier watch has it has a 3 day battery life

I have exactly this problem with my new galaxy watch7,  I did all true sleep tracking conditions such as fit, permissions, limited health option in power saving, latest software update for watch and ghone and samsung health app, enabled sleep tracking in watch and phone and did more...!

but it doesn't work and load the sleep results
