Samsung has started rolling out a second firmware update for its Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to enhance listening with more stability and reliability. It has rolled out this update in some European countries, which suggests that Samsung is eager to make its audio goods better post-launch.

Thanks for the link @Vicky Sharma . Reading it, I noticed that the issue I was having with the previous SW update is mentioned, even though this new SW update does not report fixing it. The issue I had after the previous SW update was that one of the earbuds would not charge even though the case was fully charged. After using the buds, when I put them back in the case, the LED would flash and I would receive a notification in the phone saying that the buds stopped charging. I needed to take the buds out of the case, close the case and then re-insert them back. Some times it would work right away but some times it would take 10 tries to get them to start charging. The issue could be with either bud and it did not matter if I inserted right or left first, some times it would be with the first bud being inserted and some times with the second one. It it is really annoying.
I hope this issue is fixed.
By the way, I did take the buds to a Samsung repair store and the only thing they could check was the HW which I knew it was okay. The problem is/was with the SW. Since I still have around 5 more months of warranty, they asked me to wait for SW update (which just happened) and see if it is fixed. If not, they I would take them back and see what the options are.
