Galaxy Watch 7 burns arm.

Shortly after activating the stress sensor, I noticed red marks on my skin. Turning off the stress sensor resolved this issue. On the night of November 25, I experienced a painful stabbing sensation, which woke me up. When I checked in the morning, I found a blister on my arm, and the area remains painful 24 hours later. I have followed all operating/care instructions provided for the watch and it does not appear to be overheating.
Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Hi and welcome to the community.

This is not the experience we hope you want.
Can you go into your profile and send a Direct Message to @Sam_UK explaining what you are experiencing.

From seeing from other posts. Sometimes an issue occurs if the watch is worn too tightly.
But speak with @Sam_UK for further assistance

I sent all the information requested to @Sam_UK two weeks ago, and I have yet to receive a reply. Would you kindly investigate this for me?

Week and a half into wearing my watch and it keeps getting worse. Started to swap to my right wrist to give my skin a break. Will try turning off my stress monitoring as well to see if it helps.

This is certainly not the experience we would expect for our customers and we take matters like this very seriously. If you haven't contacted Samsung about this yet, please drop us a PM to @Sam_UK and myself, or another moderator will be able to get this investigated for you.

Yes, it appears to be contact dermatitis. To combat it, I disinfect the watch every evening and morning, as well as swapping from wrist to wrist periodically to give my skin a break.

If it's causing you stress, it sounds like it's working.

I have the same issue from normal use it's irritating my skin and feels like burning. It leaves a red mark and I feel like it's getting worse, each day I can tolerate it less.

I have been wearing smart watches for years and never had an issue.

Did you end up finding a solution?
