Samsung Galaxy Watch - UI6 - Double Pinch

Now that I have RSI from endlessly checking for the update, I am struggling with using double pinch.

Note I do not use AOD only a turn out watch when notifications.

Struggling to see how this works as I have the finger scroll to the bottom of a notification, to get the pinch option.

Am I doing something wrong, if not the feature is not very useful.

It only seems to work on certain Samsung apps.
I find it quite useful with the camera.
Open the camera app on the watch and you can use double pinch to take a photo for example

Yeah, I used that with the Ring, but I prefer the palm to take a picture.

Shame and sad to say not as good as the Apple execution.

Ok, I'm getting the hang of this now and finding it EXTREMELY USEFUL, but still limited use as finding my screen wake up times out before I scroll a notification before the screen goes off.

If I put AOD, extend screen on time, wrist to wake, the same.

So anyone knows a way to extend the screen on time for notifications?
