I got my watch 4 for Christmas but when I look at heart rate on app, There are big gaps when heart rate not recorded then have to restart the watch. This happens at least once every day. Once restarted is OK again. How do I fix this?

@Sian3: To troubleshoot the issue, please try heading to the Samsung Health app > Settings > Measurement, and make sure that 'Measure continuously' is selected. If this feature is already in place, have you noticed if the gaps in the recordings coincide with any periods of downtime or rest, or any other notable changes in routine?
